The Seventeenth International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD2008) will be hosted by the University of Cyprus. The venue will be the Annabelle hotel, in Paphos. The theme of the conference is "Towards a Service-Provision Society". The conference features a number of tracks covering a wide spectrum of topics in the area of Information Systems Development.

The language of the conference will be English and we invite research papers and industry project reports and surveys. The proceedings will be published by Springer Science and Business Media as a book, after the conference.
